Lachelle Bender is the founder of GAH Corp Ltd and the developer behind Ohio's first nails-only school. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty education industry, she has personally built three schools from the ground up across three Cleveland neighborhoods — managing every aspect from contractor coordination and permitting to Ohio State Board licensing and instructor recruitment.

Her model is simple: she builds professional, fully operational beauty education businesses inside commercial spaces, staffs them, and transitions ownership on her terms. Every school she has built has left the space considerably better than she found it.

She is now offering that same expertise to property owners, community developers, and operators who want a proven beauty school system without starting from scratch.
